1、 Product Overview:

This machine is suitable for sludge and slag removal in large and medium-sized radial flow secondary sedimentation tanks.

The machine is a center support double (single) peripheral transmission, which has a large transmission torque and energy saving. Adopting central water inlet and sludge discharge, peripheral drainage to ensure uniform water flow, and utilizing liquid level difference for self-priming sludge discharge. Without overload protection device, it can be networked with a microcomputer for control.

During operation, sewage diffuses from the central support pier through the guide tube. Coarse particles in the mixed liquid settle and form a sludge layer at the bottom of the pool. The lighter particles float on the liquid surface. The working bridge is driven by the peripheral driving mechanism and slowly rotates along the central support, driving the scraper arm scraper to scrape the sludge layer by layer from the pool periphery to the central collection hole and discharge it outside the pool. The floating slag scraper throws the floating slag floating on the liquid surface into the slag hopper around the pool along the guide tube and discharges it outside the pool.
